Northern Pass Information & Planning Meeting

On Sunday, June 9, there will be an information and planning meeting on the proposed Northern Pass Transmission project. The Town of Easton and Easton Conservation Commission will host the meeting.
Easton is at the mid-point of Northern Pass’s proposed 180-mile route from Pittsburg to Deerfield.
C’mon up, c’mon down! Join others working statewide to stop this proposed project!

Representative Susan Ford, Easton, Grafton District 3: This year’s legislation on energy-related matters.
Will Abbott, VP Policy & Land Management, SPNHF: The Connecticut Headwaters easement.
Susan Arnold, VP Conservation, AMC: Northern Pass’s potential visual impact on NH, North and South.
Christophe Courchesne, Staff Attorney, CLF: Practical alternatives to Northern Pass, including National Grid’s new request to maximize capacity on its existing HVDC line in western NH.
